If you use a pillow between your legs to get a good comfortable night’s sleep or you experience pain in the back, hip, or knee area then SleepAlign is designed especially for you. The SleepAlign system is a simple way to keep your hips, back, and knees aligned while you sleep.  When you choose our comfortable leggings or sleeves, the cushions are specific to your height and weight to give you the most comfortable and restful night’s sleep.  Unlike the pillow, the SleepAlign system never needs adjustment in the middle of the night because the cushions are secured in our revolutionary designed pockets.

  
 
Instructions on How to Wear SleepAlign
 

Let’s get you on your way to your best night’s sleep.   

Step 1: 

Put on the SleepAlign Leggings or Sleeves

Insert the cushions inside each pocket. The cushions can be inserted into the leggings or sleeves before or after you put them on.

- For the 12” Foam Cushions: Place one cushion into each of the pockets of the leggings or sleeves to where the concave arch is facing the posterior (back of) knee.
 
 
- For the 16” Foam Plush/Firm Cushions: Place one cushion into each of the pockets of the leggings or sleeves to where the shorter end is supporting your medial (middle) calf, the concave arch is facing posterior (back of) knee, and the longer end is supporting your medial (middle) thigh.
 
 
 
Step 3: Assume sleeping position and Align the leggings or sleeves to where they are the most comfortable for you.

Important Note:

The foam cushions act like a “pillow” between your legs and it is strongly recommended that you remove the cushions before you leave your sleep area. Do not walk or run with the cushions in place as this may cause you to trip or fall leading to bodily harm. 

When the cushions are removed from the leggings or sleeves, they are fashionable enough to be worn for your daily activities.
